    Cisco UCS 64108 Fabric Interconnect (FI) er en 2-RU top-of-rack-switch, der monteres i et standard 19-tommers rack som Cisco R-seriens rack. 64108 er en 10/25/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet-, FCoE- og Fiber Channel-switch, der tilbyder op til 7,42 Tbps gennemstrømning og op til 108 porte. Switchen har 16 unified-porte (portnummer 1-16), der kan understøtte 10/25-Gbps SFP28 Ethernet-porte eller 8/16/32-Gbps Fiber Channel-porte, 72 10/25-Gbps Ethernet SFP28-porte (portnummer 17-88), 8 1/10/25-Gbps Ethernet SFP28-porte (portnummer 89-96) og 12 40/100-Gbps Ethernet QSFP28 uplink-porte (portnummer 97-108). Alle Ethernet-porte er i stand til at understøtte FCoE.

    Cisco UCS 64108 Fabric Interconnect har også en netværksadministrationsport, en konsolport til indstilling af den oprindelige konfiguration og en USB-port til at gemme eller indlæse konfigurationer.
